About Fees and Insurance

I do not accept insurance directly, but I can provide superbills for clients who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement.

Private pay allows me to offer personalized, flexible care without restrictions on session length, frequency, or treatment type. It also protects your privacy and ensures that therapy decisions are guided by clinical needs, not insurance policies.

Yes. Many clients use HSA or FSA funds to cover therapy. Please confirm with your insurance provider that mental health services are eligible.

About Sessions

I offer both in-person sessions at my Union Square office and virtual sessions for clients located in New York.

Most clients begin with weekly sessions. We may adjust the frequency based on your needs and progress over time.

I’m available for scheduling and logistical questions during business hours. If we determine that between-session coaching or support would be helpful as part of your treatment, we’ll discuss what that might look like and set clear expectations together. Therapeutic support is otherwise provided during scheduled sessions. In an emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

My office is located near Union Square in New York City. Additional location details will be provided before your first session.
