As founder of Silver Thread Behavioral Health, Paige Scrofani, LCSW (she/her) brings warmth, direct communication, and evidence-based practices to every therapeutic relationship. Recognizing the courage it takes to seek help, she created a practice rooted in compassion, inclusion, and emotional safety — a space where clients can explore their experiences without fear of judgment and build meaningful, lasting change.

Drawing from extensive experience in trauma-informed care, anxiety treatment, and family systems, Paige works with individuals of all ages, couples, and families both in-person and online. She believes that meaningful transformation happens not just in therapy sessions, but in the daily work of applying new skills and insights to real life. Her ultimate goal is to empower each client to become their own best advocate, equipped with the tools they need to live a fuller, more authentic life.

Outside of therapy, Paige is a lifelong learner and advocate. Her work is grounded in values of trauma-informed care, LGBTQ+ affirmation, racial justice, and accessibility in mental health. She’s passionate about helping clients not only feel better, but also feel more like themselves.
